Agreement
By installing or using Selectable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
Selectable is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Mac. For full licensing terms, see the End User License Agreement.
2. What the app does
Selectable captures and extracts text from content displayed on your screen using on-device OCR. It also provides on-device translation, text-to-speech, and data masking. All processing happens locally on your Mac.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Selectable and any content you extract. You agree not to use the app:
- In violation of any applicable law
- To infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
- To extract or misuse confidential information without authorization
4. No warranties
Selectable is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect OCR accuracy, or compatibility with every system configuration.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frmwrk Software Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any content extracted through it.
6. Updates
We may release updates to improve or maintain Selectable. Updates may modify features or system requirements.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Selectable if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Selectable after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
10. Refunds
Purchases of Selectable are covered by our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and are subject to the conditions described there.
