After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds.

The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle’s buyer portal at paddle.net, accessible via the link in your order confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can contact us at support@selectable.so and include:
- Your purchase email
- Order receipt or transaction ID
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Payments and reseller
Frmwrk Software Private Limited sells Selectable through Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms.
